Your treasury, on autopilot.
Connect every bank, automate every payment and collection, reconcile in minutes, and never miss a bank-guarantee expiry again — all inside Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, adaptable to any country.
Treasury shouldn't run on spreadsheets and prayers.
Finance teams on Dynamics 365 still export payments to bank portals by hand, chase statements over email, and track guarantees in a workbook only one person understands.
Re-keying payment files into a different portal for every bank, praying the format is right before the cut-off. One typo returns the whole batch.
Days lost matching statements line by line. Gateway fees, salary batches and incoming credits that never quite tie out.
A bank guarantee expires unclaimed, margin money sits locked in a dead FD, and nobody knew until the beneficiary called.
Everything treasury, in Dynamics 365.
License what you need today, switch on more when you're ready. Every module shares one configuration, one security model and one audit trail.
Generate bank files in any format and transmit host-to-host — no portals, no re-keying. Remittances, prenotes and control files built in.
Import MT940, CAMT.053 or BAI2 and let the rules engine auto-match 95%+ with tolerances, parsing and many-to-many matching.
A single register of issued and received BGs with expiry countdowns, an escalating alert ladder and margin-FD lien tracking.
Import/export LC lifecycle with document checklists, plus a post-dated cheque register that presents automatically on maturity.
Collect receivables on due date, capture mandates digitally, and handle returns and renewals automatically.
A 13-week rolling forecast with ML collection predictions and what-if stress scenarios, fed by every other module.
Every cheque run sends a verification file to the bank, stopping fraud before cheques clear. Manual, on-posting or scheduled.
Sanctioned limits, drawing power, benchmark-linked loans, covenant tracking and the bank compliance calendar — consortium-ready.
Group entities settle internally with automatic interest, and a payment factory routes vendor payments through the treasury centre.
Plus FX Automation, Lockbox / eSettlement, Credit Card Reconciliation, ePay / PayLink, Supply Chain Finance, Customer Reimbursements and Bank-to-Bank Transfer — see all 16 modules in a demo →
The guarantee that never slips through.
Dynamics 365 barely touches bank guarantees. It's the number-one thing finance teams ask us for — so we built the register they've been keeping in a spreadsheet, and made it impossible to miss an expiry.
What the CFO gets. What IT gets.
Live cash position across every entity, bank and currency in one screen. Maker-checker on everything — dual approval, segregation of duties, and a 48-hour hold when a vendor's bank account changes. Fraud protection through Positive Pay and account-change security. Faster month-end with 95%+ auto-reconciliation and auto-posted journals. Confident forecasting with ML-driven collections and stress scenarios. Zero missed guarantees, and margin money that never sits idle.
ISV extension inside F&O — no separate database, one system of record, one audit trail. Your own Azure tenant handles connectivity: Blob, Logic Apps (SFTP+PGP), Key Vault, Entra ID. D365 security roles govern every menu and approval. Batch framework runs every job; no external scheduler to babysit. DMF data entities for clean migration; environment compare promotes config without retyping. One Version safe — regression-tested against each D365 service update (10.0.38+).
One system of record. No surprises for IT.
The suite deploys as X++ extension models inside your existing D365 environment. Treasury data lives alongside standard Cash & Bank, AP, AR and GL — governed by the same security and audit.

The things buyers ask us.
Does this need a separate system or database?
No. The suite installs directly inside your existing ERP, deployed through your platform's native extension model. All data lives in your ERP's own tables alongside your standard financials — one system of record, one audit trail, one security model.
Which banks and payment rails are supported?
Out of the box the suite connects to major banks in your region over your country's national payment and clearing rails — for example ACH in the US, SEPA across Europe, NEFT/RTGS and NACH in India, or UAEFTS and UAEDDS in the UAE — plus SWIFT MT for cross-border. Any additional bank or format can be added from the format library or custom-mapped without code changes.
How does bank connectivity actually work?
Through secure components in your own cloud tenant — a file landing zone, encrypted host-to-host transfer (SFTP with PGP) and a secrets vault for credentials and certificates. Files move automatically between your ERP and the banks with no manual portal steps.
Is it safe to keep up to date with our ERP?
Yes. The suite is built on the platform's supported extension framework and is regression-tested against updates, so it stays compatible through your normal upgrade cadence. Configuration promotes from test to production via a built-in environment compare, so you never re-key setup.
How long does implementation take, and can we start small?
A typical rollout is around 14 weeks from kickoff to first supported month-end, phased so bank connectivity is proven early. Begin with core payments and reconciliation, then switch on guarantees, collections and forecasting as you go. Modules share one configuration, so expanding is a licence change, not a re-implementation.
As good as native — because it is native.
The suite is not an interfaced third-party system. It installs as ISV extension models (X++) inside your existing F&O environment and runs on the platform's own data model, posting engine, batch framework and security. One database, one system of record, one audit trail — it behaves, performs and is governed exactly like standard F&O.
Treasury data lives in F&O tables beside AP, AR, Cash & Bank and GL — no middleware, no nightly reconciliation, no duplicate masters.
Every financial event posts through F&O posting profiles to the GL with full financial dimensions — identical vouchers finance already knows.
Access via F&O security roles; approvals through the F&O workflow engine with maker-checker. Nothing bolted on.
Runs on the F&O batch framework and SQL tier — the same performance envelope and Tier-2+ scale as core finance.
Ships as deployable packages via Azure DevOps / LCS; regression-tested against each service update (10.0.38+).
DMF entities for migration/export and Power BI embedded over the same records — no warehouse copy.
Where F&O has no home for a concept (guarantees, LCs, covenants, forecast, deposits), the suite adds extension tables in the same F&O database — sharing its number sequences, posting profiles, security and audit. Still native, never a side system. Connectivity runs in your own Azure tenant, so nothing leaves your control.
